In addressing the needs of the stylist who cuts multicultural hair, we wanted to create shears that could cut very thick, coarse, curly hair. We knew if they could tackle this hair, they could handle all the other hair types.

To give strength for coarse, thick hair we made our blades of top stainless steel with the heavy metal molybdenum as an alloy. Then we heat treated it to a high Rockwell hardness.

To address curly and wavy hair we created the Bonika Tip. Have you ever chased the last piece of hair with your shears and wound up cutting your finger? We answered that problem with the innovative Bonika Tip. Even very curly hair is cut down to the last strand.

FingerWhack Razors
Let your Fingers do the Cutting

Set of six Fingerwhack Finger razors. Slip one, two, three or more razors on your fingers and create a hair sculpture that your client will rave over. This is recommended only for professionals to create texture and cuts that are uniquely yours! The blades can be replaced with standard “feather razor blades” available at many beauty supply stores.

Instructions on the Care and Use of Your FingerWhack Razors

Slide your Finger Whack razor on to your finger. One size fits most people. Use one or multiples in the same way you would a regular razor.

When your blade begins to dull, you can slide the blade over as shown so that the covered portions of the blade are exposed for reuse. Push in on the grooved end to perform this.

Most people will dispose of the entire razor, but if you like, you may replace the blades with the 2 in 1 Razor blade or a “Feather-style” blade by pushing the blade out from the opposite end of the groove.
